Planned 23-hour schedule: Overnight 9:00 PM–4:00 AM, Early 4:00 AM–9:30 AM, Core 9:30 AM–4:00 PM, Late 4:00 PM–8:00 PM ET

Overnight-session details

• The Overnight Session is planned for Sunday through Thursday evenings, beginning at 9:00 PM ET and ending at 4:00 AM ET.
• Trades from 9:00 PM to midnight carry the following calendar day as the trade date; trades from midnight to 4:00 AM carry the same calendar day.
• The 9:00 PM session begins with continuous trading, not an opening auction. NYSE Arca says it will begin accepting Overnight Session orders at 8:59 PM ET.
• The LULD Plan has been amended to provide static 20% Overnight Price Bands from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

The December 6 plan remains conditional on SEC approvals, SIP availability, and DTCC modernization.
