Eligible U.S. stocks and ETFs may trade through broker-connected overnight venues. NYSE and Nasdaq core markets are not thereby open.

- Typically 8:00 PM–4:00 AM ET on participating ATSs
- What “open” means
- Orders may execute only on participating venues, in eligible securities, under applicable broker rules.
- Important limitation
- Hours, eligible symbols, liquidity and order types vary. A broker accepting an order does not necessarily mean it can execute immediately.
